I’ve put together an assortment of weapons for the Bandai SH Figuarts Warhammer 40k Space Marine figure, available now through Shapeways. There are kits for a modular Bolt Rifle with multiple options, pistols, and melee weapons. Each is a kit consisting of multiple items, so please ready all descriptions fully as they contain links to everything you need. If you grab some and kit out your Marine, please send me pics!

There’s a new product up on the PRHI Shapeways Shop for customizing your GI Joe 12″ figures! Following on from the PRHI Solid Arm bionic arm kit is the PRHI Solid Leg for getting your wounded Joes back up on their feet! The kit will fit on vintage GI Joes as well as reissues and Costwold Elite Brigade bodies. The Solid Leg consists of a shin, foot, and ankle (the ankle and wrist are the same part). You can order a Solid Leg using the listings in the PRHI Shapeways Shop here. You can also pick up a PRHI Solid Arm using the listings here.

More new 3D printed blasters for your 6″ action figures are up on the PRHI Shapeways Shop! First up is big mac-daddy blaster for the recent Marvel Legends Cable. He comes with a decent over-sized impractical gun already, but mine matches up with the classic Toybiz figure’s ridiculous weapon.

Next up by request are some classic toy blasters. First is the iconic vintage Lazer Tag pistol, which fits larger figures like Cable really well. The grip on this one is real chunky, so I’ll be offering a smaller version for more regular-proportioned 6″ figures soon.

Last is a weapon that needs no introduction. Pick up a Zapper so your figures can light up whatever enemies they face!

I recently picked up the incredible vintage Masudaya Robot YM-3/B-9 1/5 scale talking vinyl kit from Lost in Space at a local comic show. It’s a gorgeous kit that I quickly build up, but the claws that come with the kit are a letdown in accuracy compared to the rest of the kit. I designed a simple, drop-in replacement part that is more screen accurate and fits your robot without any modification, available in red (and other colors) plastic now from the PRHI Shapeways Shop. You could potentially cut the claws apart at the middle and make them articulated the same way the stock kit parts work, or leave them as-is for a no-effort upgrade to your trusty bot.

A friend of mine told me about an awesome product known as Space Walls, which are unofficial Death Star corridor backdrop segments for use with your Star Wars action figures. The main line is designed for 6″ Star Wars Black scale, and the individual segments look great. Unfortunately, when my friend purchased some Space Walls, they did not come with any sort of connectors to attach the wall segments or help them stand up, which limited their usefulness. He asked me if I could fix this, so I now have four types of PRHI Space Walls Connectors available through my Shapeways Shop. The four types accommodate the two different styles of wall as shown below, plus pieces to help the walls stand, and corner connectors for more intricate displays. You can purchase the connectors now to improve your setups!
PRHI Space Walls Connector Type A for regular wall segments, sprue of 4x.
PRHI Space Walls Connector Type B for wall segments with light inserts, sprue of 2x of two styles.
PRHI Space Walls Connector Type C connectors with footer supports, sprue of 4x.
PRHI Space Walls Connector Type D corner connectors, compatible with both wall segment types, sprue of 4x.

Here’s a little for fun item available now in the PRHI Shapeways Shop. I had a request to make a version of my Gonk Droid toy in 25 mm scale for gaming. The mini Gonk is available in Shapeways’ high-detail plastics for use with your minis, but you can also order a teensy weensy baby Gonk in Stainless Steel! Shown above with a vintage Kenner 3 3/4″ Jawa. The detail came out far better than I was expecting, and it makes for a delightful little bit of hand-gokin. Pick up one today from the shop!
There is a whole host of new 3D printed replacement accessories for your vintage robots available now in the PRHI Shapeways Shop. You can now buy replacement shooting fists for all of your Takara Jeeg and Gakeen magnemos, and Mego Micronauts figures such as Baron Karza or Force Commander. Also available are Microman MicroGander replacement fists with and without 5 mm holes to hold accessories, and replacement missiles that will fit in the chest and foot launchers. For you vinyl fans, you can now pick up missiles for your vintage Bandai Missile Fire Vinyls (MFV). You can get regular replacement missiles, or missiles that end in a 5 mm peg so you can add your own custom warheads. For links to each product, read after the cut.

The previous PRHI Gonk Droid 3D printed release was one of my most popular projects. I get so many requests to offer more, but have not had the time to make another batch myself. I finally spent the time to make a version of the PRHI Gonk Droid available through Shapeways. This revised Gonk Droid is sold as a kit in two parts, the body and a leg sprue. This means you can purchase the body printed in a nice bright color, and get the legs in black. You could just block in the face details and have a great looking figure, or go all out and do a fully painted custom. You can order the Gonk Droid now for a total of $60 using the below links to the PRHI Shapeways Store. The kit snaps together with no glue needed, and I am really happy with the fit of the joints.

Today I’ve got two new 3D printed Star Wars 6″ scale accessories available now in the PRHI Shapeways Shop. First is a backpack for the Star Wars Battlefront Shocktrooper, and the second is the RT-97C Heavy Blaster Rifle wielded by Sandtroopers in the original film. Both parts are available in Black Strong Flexible material and can be used as-is when you receive them. I added the lightest bit of drybrushing and blocked in a few details for these photos to show off how sharp the prints came out.

Lots more pics after the fold!

This is one of those projects that was something I needed for my collection, and then other collectors expressed interest once they saw it. I had a loose M1919 .30 caliber machine gun without any of the hardware for the tripod that I got in a parts lot. Rather than relegate it to the spares bag, I decided to make something that would allow Joe to carry the MG. I looked online for examples of early MG handles, came up with a design, and sized it to fit in Joe’s hand without putting any stress on his hard hands. You can buy a bale now from my Shapeways Shop for $6 at: http://www.shapeways.com/product/ML2ZVNLEZ/m1919-30-cal-machine-gun-bale-for-12-quot-gi-joe
The bale is available in two plastics, White Strong Flexible Polished, and Metallic Plastic Polished. The WSF Polished is the default option, and better for painting. The Metallic plastic is grey with metallic flakes embedded, so it looks decent unpainted.
Check after the cut for pics of each version and Joe holding each.
