GID vinyl with Monster Kolor C-thrus.
I used black with blue pearl on the boots to get a shiny black leather jackboot look. The Red Skull would never be caught without his jackboots shined.
C-thru Kolors allow the glow to show through everywhere except the super-rich candy apple skull and the opaque black boots (duh).
